How do i stay serious....

When im high ? Its imposible ha i always find myself randomly laughing .
Problem is i have a new job where i really cant be openly high like that . Any ideas ? other than quiting haha

 

seriously dude, if you have a job that requires sobriety, try going to work sober.

 

i am the same way, everytime I get stoned and have to be around people I laugh my ass off, this one time I was at my brother in laws parents house, I was so damn high, everyone was talking about death and people dieing and I am at the table laughing my ass off. not my finest moments

Thats the problem though . When i try to stay serious i start geekiing . Only time i can stay serious when im high is if im mad .

 

Occupy yourself with food instead, I mean I am presuming you work in a burger joint or something similar considering you are happy to go to work stoned

Hmm.. I think it's just a personality thing.

When I started smoking in 8th grade, I was the same way. But when I wasn't high, I was a super energetic hyper kid.

Now (3 years later) I'm really chill when I'm high, and never have laughing fits anymore. When I'm not high, I'm almost never energetic, and am usualy pretty chill.

I don't know that it's something that you can willingly change, I think high you is just an extension of normal you, and while you may be able to act normal for a while, you probably won't pull off always going to work high very well.

If you only go to work high people will start to assume that it's just your personality, trust me, I've gone to work high 99.9% of the times I've worked.

 

hahaha, ive also done this successfully at a couple of jobs myself. it really worked out perfectly for me.. i did it at a pizzeria and a restaraunt i worked at.. my boss/manager never suspsected anything...they assumed thats just who i was.

actually, on the rare occasion that i was sober, i would sometimes catch weird looks from co-workers and whatnot

agreed. my eyes are the gateway to my soul, literally. even a couple puffs and i look like a demon child. any amount of any sort of opiate and my pupils turn into pinheads, any sort of psychedelic or empathogen and the pupils turn into beach balls

I love getting stoned and going to work.. I never look high, though and I can keep myself from laughing and shit if I get into a giggle fit.

 

yeah, you could just not smoke... or smoke less? or try different weed? um, that's about all i can think of.
