This reminds me that as a kid the end of summer was a bummer for many reasons, but one was new school shoes. That meant 2 or 3 weeks of pain and blisters. Especially on the back heel part of the ankle. uggh. I still can't handle contemplating new dress shoes (thank God I haven't done that in a long while).
