  2. Ever notice how routinely "barefoot" and "fill in the appropriate whack job" are paired up? The Barefoot Bandit was only the latest insult...how 'bout every time some Hollywood ditz staggers around drunk after dark AND barefoot, the photogs pick it up; oh, wait! there's Diane Keaton...barefoot in the DAYtime for all to see, dropping her charges off at school. Well, she's batty anyway. Annie Hall, and all that. AL Pacino LIED to her in The Godfather...his family was NOT mixed up with organized crime! But I digress, and I also go barefoot......

The one good thing about breaking into places at night while barefoot is you don't get the famous "you can't be barefoot in here" line.

And why are some barefoot people whack jobs and ditzes? Isn't that the attitude we "o so normal" barefooters have to face all the time? DK can't go barefoot cause....what, she's an actress? Why would you even throw those terms out there?

On the topic of the barefoot bandit, heres a news article

Police are currently searching for two inmates that escaped the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday afternoon. Tommy Lane and Thomas Bradley were both barefoot and wearing black and white grey prison suits when they jumped the fence at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office during recreation time in the yard.

Seems barefoot prisoners is becoming the next big thing.
