NOVA/Virginia Beach - DESPERATE

Ive been in NOVA for almost a year now and feel confident in saying it is BONE dry here. I would die for any bud/molly/lucy or anything really but have not been able to find it. I know there are some nova people on this board who must have their hookups so if you have any information on where to go, who to ask, and what to look for, or want to pm me anyhting, i would be forever indebted to you. Im in loudon county and will also be in and out of virginia beach so any info on that area is also greatly appreciated.
