Do psychedelics ever ruin something for you?

Ok LSD let me change my outlook on life completely. it was LSD that made me realize who I am and my purpose in life. I highly recommend it!!

 

The first thing that comes to mind is Dr. Dolittle. I was tripping balls on a large amount of DXM, can't remember the dosage. All I rememeber is looking at the tv screen and for the longest time I kept asking myself what the fuck this black figure on my screen was. I truly had no idea what the fuck I was seeing. It just didn't make sense. That's dissociatives for you lol.

 

Nah, nothing has been completely ruined... yet. I can definitely see through (cheesy) acting moreso, or perhaps I have less tolerance for it while tripping, but it seems mostly back to normal when I revisit it straight. Besides music, media/technology tends to bore me while tripping, at least on PEAs... can't sit still. Usually, I want to be walking around (esp in nature) or at least interacting somewhat with others, whether they're tripping or not.

Shopping on the comeup of a hefty 2c-i & 2c-e combo turned out to be an interesting experience, especially since the mall in A.C. is berry sparkly and has a music and light synchronized water fountain at the far end. Beach chairs and sand just inside walls of windows over the ocean was quite a sensory adventure as well

 

I have never thought about shopping while tripping. Something about consumerism and psychedelics toghether doesn't add up in my head.

 

I seemed to be in a very decadent frame of mind at the time (A.C. will do that to ya). The thing that didn't work for me was remembering and making sense of the concept of a "budget"... It was at the Lush store (fancy pants handmade/organic soap store) and the heavenly aroma of the place almost tipped me over the edge, I got lost in the scent. I couldn't resist...

Haha! That reminds me! I dosed 37mg 2c-e on May 5 and tried to eat some tater tots but they proved to be too... intense... or something... so I ate chips and salsa and I've been eating them like a fiend ever since.. seriously, I'm going through like 3 jars of salsa a week. I rambled on for a good hour to my poor first-time-tripping bf about how there should be chips n' salsa flavored gum so I can eliminate the dipping and crunching action, and so that I can bring the flavor with me anywhere...

Last time I smoked dmt, as I was handing the pipe away my cell phone ringed. I could barely get my hands on it, but as soon as I did I chunked that shit across the room.

I wouldn't sat psych's have ruined anything for good, but I definitely see some people differently now.
