The inability to recognize boundaries will dignify the stance that pot should remain illegal. The prohibitionists will use instances where 9 year olds are being given weed as "proof". If people want marijuana to become decriminalized they need to be willing to use it responsibly... and handing it over to young children does not fit into that.
i have to agree with the above posters....giving weed to a 9 year old is not only morally wrong but you could ruin the love of childhood that he needs to expierience. in fact...maybe 16 is too young to smoke weed, especially if it inhibits your ability to know if its right or wrong to give weed to a young child.
