me and my bro made a sweet pipe from a 2 in wide 2 ft long wooden pipe it works great but you get a mouthful of sawdust every time you take a hit. ive tried washing it out and a few other things but nothing changed any sugestions?

Water would make the sawdust stick imo.. try blowing through it

The sandpaper trick sounds good; how about taking some cottonballs and getting them a little wet(not soaking wet) and shoving them through the pipe in a wad with something, then that way the sawdust would stick to the cottonballs.

put a red hot metal rod in there, it will sear it. To char, scorch, or burn the surface of with or as if with a hot instrument..
