tell me about it. i feel so bad about the men in those damn Viagra commercials. seriously i would not want to be caught in one of those commercials.i guess its worth the pay....but still nooouke:uke:uke:
I heard that Activia stuff makes you gain weight too.....which I dont really get if it is supposed to make you poop. You would think that it's the opposite
The mouthwash commercials are even dumber. All the ones I've ever seen show the people swishing it around in their mouth in front of the mirror making goofy faces. Can't the writers come up with something else? .
Yes. However, apparently what they do works, (or they wouldn't be doing it) so it's more of a reflection of what consumers will respond to than a reflection of the writers themselves. It's kind of sad really...
What's that other yogurt? It's always some young woman in the ad and she's smashing a cup of yogurt into her face like a chimp at the supermarket because it is supposedly so delicious. And after she's done, there's not a drop of yogurt on her face. .
^ that commercial is so fucking creepy. also: " A class action lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court on 25 January 2008, argued that Dannon's own studies failed to support its advertised claims.[7][8] In a statement in response to the lawsuit, Dannon stated that it "strongly disagrees with the allegations in the lawsuit" and that it makes all scientific studies about its products available to the public, following the established method of peer-review and publication.[citation needed] In 2009, Dannon settled the lawsuit, agreeing to create a $35-million fund to reimburse consumers who bought its Activia and DanActive yogurts; Dannon spokespeople deny the claims of the lawsuit and admitted no wrongdoing as part of the settlement, which was agreed to in order to "avoid the distraction and expense of litigation."[9] Many probiotic companies also accuse Danone products of containing high amounts of sugar and low amounts of the 'friendly bacteria' itself."
