has anyone seen this movie? it stars isabella rossellini and it's about this beer queen (rossellini) who creates this contest for the saddest music in the world. the winning country receives a certain amount of money and rossellini's legs are made of beer. the movie has a very noir look and it's a total homage to those german expressionism type fims.
