I have one...he's 31 years older than me..I call him Dad

 

Maybe I have a generic look or something but Im always getting phone calls asking me if Im somewhere and people telling me they saw someone who looked just like me. Everyone used to tell me I look like Avril Levine too.

I did see a girl that looked JUST like me once, I wanted to go talk to her but she disappeared into the crowd.

There is another of me it seems, and he has been here in my city sinse I was 12 (at least).

People I didn't know have been asking me stuff over the years. Stuff like "I know you from somewhere", or "didn't you date my sister once" (for example).. lol

No. Especially the 'you dated my sister' question. Err, no

I even had a guy remember me working for him years before as a car mechanic, wtf..,no

But the best ones were the most recent. I went into a Walgreens, and the lady that worked there asked me about my baseball card collection. I never had one.

And the most recent one was at a Circle K store last year. I stopped after work for a beer and she asked me what I was doing back so soon. I said what do you mean? I just got off work.

She looked at me like I was crazy and said "You were just in here 10 minutes ago!"

That was the closest I've ever been to the other me, lol!!! I hope he doesn't ever commit a crime!

It's likely this person is my half brother, though.
We have never met.

but i've frequently been confused for other people. i have a common look, i suppose.

the president of dave's company is a doppelganger for certain. new employees confuse them. even i get an eerie sensation watching him. the features, the mannerisms, the way they talk and gesture. last christmas party they showed up wearing the same thing. it was pretty funny.
