    Hey,

I found some cheap wheel filters online, but haven't used any with glass fiber. Is it safe to use? I'm just questioning the glass fiber. Here's the info:

Glass Fiber Prefilters with Final Sterile Cellulose Acetate Filter; .22u, 25mm lure-lock
    Pore size : 0.22um
    Diameter : 28mm
    Sterile : Yes

    Thanks.

I dont see why not, it's def for shooting stuff seeing as it's listed as sterile which should make it medical grade.

Well, I know in hospital pharmacies both technicians and pharmacists use glass ampules, snapping the tops sometimes leaves bits of glass in the liquid. So, either a wheel filter or a filter needle is used to make sure there are no particles in the solution to avoid obvious danger. This being said, maybe the name "glass fiber wheel filter" was meant to explain what it filters, rather than what it's made from. Anyone get what I mean?

Makes sense, its a glass filter, much like an oil filter isn't made of oil.

    This is not the case.

As long as it's cohesive, and there's no stray fiber or dust, it should be just fine. That is to say, it's a hell of a lot better than the shit you're putting in your veins after pulling it through the filter, the filter should be the least of your concerns. Injection is unsafe, period.
