Well you guys aren't much help except for the second poster. Anyway what you do is take a vacum, put some type of thin material on the nozzle to prevent the powder from going into the vacum, then turn it on and suck up the powder. The powder will stay in the material at the end of the vacum so to get it out simply aim the nozzle to a flat surface and turn off the vacum. I know this works because one time I was rolling a joint and the busted up weed fell all over the carpet. My buddy suggested I do this and the material he used was nylon. I don't know if nylon would work for a powder though because it might get sucked right through the tiny holes. So my suggestion is to try it with sugar or salt or something before you try it with your OC.

well a few days have gone by and is still there. I think I might just keep it there until I have a rainy day...kinda like a savings account, only thing is "withdrawling" it is gonna be a bitch. I think the vacuum idea may work if I were to have some kind of cheese cloth or something. The small chunks would probably get sucked through but oh well...at least i could maybe save a little bit of it. ehhhhh I will worry about it some other time
