    Hey.
This is my first time doing a cold water extraction. I havent been able to get any of my first choice opiates (oxycodone, hydrocodone, oxymorphone, methadone, etc) due to been away from home to visit relatives abroad. I have bought a couple of boxes of Co-Codamol (otc Codeine) and decided to make a cold water extraction. I believe that i have read somewhere before that after the cold water extraction you can then take another couple of steps and turn the mixture into a powder? Is this true? What is this process called? If anyone knows how to do it could you list the instructions here.

NOTE: Normally i do not really bother with codeine t3s or otherwise due to the fact they dont really seem to do much for me. However, because i can, i thought i would give the CWE a go, and also try and turn the extraction materials into a powder. All advice greatly appreciated.

You could try evaporation. To speed the process up you could use a container with a fairly large surface area, like a baking pan. Then put it in front of a fan to speed it up even further, then scrape the powder up with a razor blade. There probably is a better, quicker technique, but this was the first thing that came to mind.

I also heard mixing everclear (or any high proof alcohol) helps evaporate it faster. However, people that have tried it said the end product turned out gummy, and not a powder. This was not a CWE, but a pod tea reduction.
