Blaino's dreadlings

Ok so this is my first official dread thread. Im pretty excited and I hope you are as well!

Without further interuption...

In the beginning.

Now I realize I only have two photos, both of questionable quality in terms of showing my dreadlings. However I feel this thread is more of an introduction. Within the next day or two I will get around to putting better quality photos up.

Lol I made it out of hemp cord so that I wouldnt have to wear my glasses all the time, but they would still be on hand if need be. I thinks its pretty clever.

lets see...Im pretty sure the end of october of 2009 was the beginning. Its about to be a year here pretty soon, thats pretty exciting!

Variety. Mainly Neglect, but also some braiding (thanks in part to my sister), twist and rip, and maybe on one or two crochet hook.

 

Awesome.

I too went with variety pack. A few backcombed, few super glued, a few twist n rip and then I had a fight turned bad with a blender and took my fingers clean off so the rest were neglect. Whew, run on sentences.

 

which method did you like the most?

 

They look good, but not as good as mine.

 

Dreadies look good man, and its honestly a bit creep how much you resemble my friend who I havent seen in a few years. Your names not marty is it? lol.

I like neglect the most, crochet the least.

Neglect is just so easy its wonderful. When I first started though I was freaking out the there would be some way to mess up and ruin the locks. Lol I worry too much.
