flaccid/erect sizes

whats the difference in yours?
when flaccid mine is small-ish but when its erect its much larger and meatier :eggnog:

does yours stay the same?
grow any bigger?
any smaller?

 

I'm a lot bigger hard then soft. So I'd say I'm a grower not a shower.

My guy would have to about triple in all measurements b/n flaccid and erect.

I think I have posted my husbands measurements before somewhere on here but anyway, lol. His is 5.5 inches soft and 8 inches hard.

 

I'm the exact opposite. Smaller when flacid, bigger when erect.

 

I'm definitely a grower, about 3" soft and over twice that when hard.
