aghhh luv13ug, some of my best memories are the year I didn't have a car and I rode my bike all over, switching between roads, busses and light rail, such good times!

I don't think I have many pictures but I loved seeing y'alls!

 

On second try, maybe I do. My computer has deleted most everything, but here are 3 pics from my summer, sorry they're so giant.

First one- I am the one laughing sooo hard, I have no idea at what. This was 2 days before I dreadied my hair at a 'spring formal' we created during one of our group trainings.

That sums up my summer so far.

 

I understand how that feels! And by all means, i love being able to be free. Having a car is a burden sometimes cuz of traffic, gas prices and stupid drivers. I would love to ride my bike to work but its 20 miles one way (which i dont care for) but i sweat like a piggie....

I used to take the bus from middle school through high school. Good times and weird people LOL

Luv13ug do you have one of those fixed geared bikes with no brakes? My man has one of those too and it scares the shit outta me when he rides through the city! He also has a fixed gear mountain bike with no suspension....I dont get it.

Another trip a few weeks to a place just near there with a couple of mates for most of the week to just escape, and relax and have a look for reptiles

Yeah we caught a couple of them throughout the night, only small ones like that though, bit too deep where the bigger ones were swimming.

 

I wouldn't want to catch anything bigger haha. Whereabouts is this? I know your from Cairns, is it north or south of? I grew up in T'ville!
