I get dizzy and things get blurry and I feel like I am going to faint, but never do and I feel my stomach and body droping like when your falling or something. do you think it's anxiety or what? I get worried about going places not knowing when it's going to happened. I go to the gym and it sometimes happends their, or I will be watching t.v down stairs and things get blurry and dizzy
If this happens often, I would see about seeing the Dr-I would definitely go to the Dr. The symptoms do resemble panic attacks as well, so please go see the Dr.
I am on a med for panic attacks, I mean when it happeneds I feel like I am going to flip out. but never do
um no to sugar.. she has an electrolyte imbalance.. drinking water isnt going to help cause your reducing the sodium levels and potasium levels in your body.. if you wanna stop having headaches from exercise .. drink GATORAID, Pedialyte..
I talked to my sister with her being a PA, she said if it get's worse I should see the doctor. I have to get blood work done in october, she dose not think it serious, unless it get's worse
dizziness you will get from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water-electrolyte_imbalance http://www.ehow.com/about_5098062_signs-symptoms-electrolyte-imbalance.html dizziness and confusion are two common signs and symptoms of electrolyte imbalances. These two symptoms often accompany one or more of the other signs of this serious health condition. When a person becomes dizzy, the room begins spinning and the individual must sit down or get into a reclined position to avoid injury. Confusion, in conjunction with dizziness, may cause a person to forget where he is and lose his balance. People around her may notice slurred speech or even the inability to speak. Once the person suffering from an electrolyte imbalance has been seated, loved ones should call 9-1-1 or assistance.
If it happens when you haven't eaten in a while, its probably low blood sugar. I have low blood sugar and I have to eat regular meals or I pass out... or it could be a panic thing, i also get really faint whenever i'm in a crowd of people, but it could be caused by anything..is it accompanied by feelings of anxiety? if not, its probably caused by something physical, low blood sugar or potassium levels or something.
if you are taking medications.. not like we dont care about you jen.. If you are not eating a well balanced meal, or meals.. most of us tend to live on whatever we find. So if there happens to be only chicken and a bit a rice, We assume this is ok diet its gettting me going? ... YES.. but NO.. There is very little vitamin mineral value to rice and chicken alone. this is a power meal. it feeds the muscles protein and carbs but not much else in the recovery and maintaining the health and fabric of the muscles .. cereal that has least 25% vitamin and minerals.. you also your calcium.. milk. ^try to get these in you once a day.. some kinda fruit.. some kinda leafy green vegie a day also..
Good advice! A bad diet is the best way to make you feel like crap! The medicine I'm taking makes me hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) and it makes me feel the same way. The doctor told me to eat something sugary such as sugary juice, or candy, then followed up by something with substance like pb or milk. The protein in these type of foods make the sugar stay in your body longer. When you eat really sugary stuff w/o any substainance, your blood sugar goes up and then crashes, causing you to feel like this again. ALWAYS eat something like pb, milk, cheese, etc afterward to prevent this feeling. Hope you feel better soon!
I do take vitamins and drink milk everyday, and I drink v8 juice. as far as meals go I don't eat very good that's why I drink v8 juice and I take fish oil everyday too. I am on medicain for my thyroid. I eat the same foods everyday. I had a eating disorder when I was younger, I am the most pickest eatier their is, they are tons of foods I don't like.but I am trying to eat alittle bit better
Thyroid issues adds another angle on things. I would suggest talking to whoever prescribed you those as well, this may be a known effect or doses/whatever may need adjusting. If you eat the same thing every day you could well be missing out on a particular nutrient(s) (sodium and potassium as suggested already for example). I would examine carefully what you eat and talk to your doctor/whoever and a nutritionist/dietician if you can too. To bring up another idea, have you considered anaemia? How do you feel when you do exercise?
I sometimes get dizzy and things get blurry and I feel faint like, it comes and goes. I never know when it's going to happened. I guess I do fine when I exercise, I mean I am still standing
