How much do you think this house is worth

Do you think its worth the veiw? Its really great, especially on a perfect day like when that picture was taken. I dont know how much its worth, i couldnt even guess. Its gotta be crazy.

 

it's worth what people will pay, there is limited real-estate with that view, and in order to own a 30 million dollar home you have to be worth upwards of 150 million, in which case you probably have multiple homes

if it was me i'd buy large acerage and build a nicer mansion seculded so i could do whatever i want whenever i want
