Not true at all. The only thing that has happened was a discussion on the introduction of new legislation which could possibly ban foreigners from entering coffeeshops and as such prohibiting 'coffeeshop-tourism'. Nothing has materialized yet though, and I don't expect it to happen any time soon either.
