any fans? i saw there show 2 weeks ago "blackmail the universe tour". tWAS fuckin awsome!!!!!! they just came out with a new album also and its just as good as there stuff from the 80's and 90's . Dave mustaine rocks and i prefer megadeth over metallica any day because unlike metallica, megadeth never sold out.

LOL if your serious than thats pretty chill dude getting your mom into megadeth.

i would never expect a parent who never listened to metal to get into megadeth unless they were coked out or some shit.

Megadeth are cool, even though Dave's vocals are thoroughly obnoxious. Wasn't there a thread about them too, a few weeks ago?

You're certainly not the only one here who loves metal. I'm mainly on the Black Metal side. Among lots of other music.

I just saw them in Reno on my 21st b-day (October 23rd) and ran into someone from my favorite band's forum, lol! As for Metal, I started out on the Metallica/Megadeth old school scene, then got introduced to Melodic and Progressive bands like Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Nightwish, Dream Theater, etc. I was in the nosebleeds as is my usual luck, but it was an indoor venue as opposed to the stadium I saw Metallica in, and the sound itself kicked major ass! My neck hurt and my voice was gone for three days straight!

i'll check it out dr. reefer. maybe i could cover one of their new tunes in my band. back in the day we had one of the first thrash metal bands in the area, we used to cover, slayer, metalica, exodus, metalchurch, megadeath, celtic frost, sod, anthrax, etc. click my link and listen to manic metal. it has that old school guitar shredding on it. they were great days, i miss them, but the future is looking good!

I saw megadeth probably 20 years ago, and they were good, though I didnt know much about them then.

two nights ago i saw dave mustaine on a tv show called black scorpion. I couldnt miss his hair, but waited for the credits just to be sure it was him, and of course it was. how could anyone else have hair like that. He was not too bad as an actor either.
