Ok this is kinda important to me, so only serious inquiries. I had a dream about my younger brother who just joined the airforce. We were at a swimming pool and he was in the water and an anaconda was in the pool (2- one was huge and the other was smaller) it was definetly a vivid dream, lots of blue (the pool) the water was calm. I jumped in to save his life because I saw the bigger anaconda on the edge of the pool so I dove in after him and that was how the dream ended. Does anyone have any insight into this. I don't assume it is negative but I have had many dreams about snakes in the past and it's always someone I am close to and love very dearly. What does it mean?

Hi, this is not ment to be an interpretation - just a suggestion as you are your own best dream interpreter always. The insight is part of the dream, but waking life questions can be pretty distracting.

I believe there are multiple meanings to a dream ... so if you go beyond the questions you may find deeper layers of dream reality that nevertheless seep into your waking life, offering use and assistance in regard to growing in awareness. Just watch how you change after the dreaming, and look differently on the world and how you deal with it.

The anaconda may be your totem animal who comes to help you be more aware and connect you, like a missing link, to what you feel you're missing ... something like a trust medicine, and expression of unconditional love. The water heals and connects what only seems separate ... maybe even waking and dreaming life.

Thank you for sharing, I hope this makes sense.
