I took half a hit of a strong tab at 1am, then went to bed.
I took it in the spirit of some gurushaman whose goal is to show that he could be unaffected and maintain all ego throughout the lsd experience.

Anyways, I dropped at 1am. Soon after I got the lysergic jitters, feeling of something up. I got out of bed and smoked one bowl (of previously vapourized material lol), then returned to bed. Closed eye visuals were stunning. Great mental thought processes. I just focused on the mental thought loops and rode them to their neural destinations. I had no clock so I didn't keep track of time. I tossed and turned a lot.

I awoke at 8am, with no idea of how long I had slept for if at all. I think I did manage to get a few hours of sleep. Best guess would be around 330-8am.
I immediately went out on a bike ride (I am a road cyclist), and I killed the road, made new top speeds, and had one of the greatest rides of my life. The entire time I was reciting hindu prayers (I am familiar with many from childhood).

It has now been 12hrs since dropping, definite lysergic afterglow although its petering out and I'm really in the mood for a joint.

It was an interesting experience. I do not think I could have stayed in bed with any more than I did, although it was an interesting experience to dichotimize my static dark outer with my ultra-dynamic and lysergified inner.

i think the gurus were trying to show the opposite; that they had no ego to begin with and were thus unaffected by LSD. If you have ego, and take an ego poison, your ego will be poisoned.

congrats! almost at 88 miles per hour, then we can go back to high school

It must have been quite the intense inner world considering you did about double the dose we did in the dark a few nights ago with 1/3, and you were alone and in bed with no distractions. i want this soon.

    That sounds really groovy haha

I wonder if one night when im very tired and am ready to just knock out, if I could dose up and continue to sleep and then have Lucy wake me up

Will you just wake up tripping with effects or will it just wake you up sober and then make you trip later on?

metabolism continues at a reduced rate during sleep. The LSD will begin working at pretty much the same rate as you sleep, so you'll start to trip in your dreams. And you'll be woken up lots as well as the stimulation and trip overpower your brain's sleeping program and then are overpowered themselves, in a cycle of give and take.

I actually awoke due to some noise, but when I awoke I had no inclination to go back to sleep. I imagine the effects were ongoing although I don't recall anything particularly notable while sleeping.
But immediately after waking I was fully awake and ready to ride, took one bite of cake and left. My mental space during the bike ride .. wow, but I'm at my most zen on the bicycle anyways.
