Thinker/musician/Certified nursing aide looking for a new home

Good evening. I currently live in Houston, Tx, and well. Frankly, I hate it. Disgusting climate and a lack of culture or other interesting attractions and staples of this city leave me longing to relocate elsewhere.

Care to help give me some places to research?

My ideal city would be one with a decent music/art scene, plenty of social opportunities, maybe a cool outdoors scene. A cool climate with little humidity would also be great. Houston is like the armpit of the gulf for a good half of the year.

And of course, a fairly low cost of living and decent weed market.

Got any ideas?
