Religion, karma, previous lives. Everything thats used as an excuse to give us a deeper meaning as to why were here. Were here because our parents fucked and their parents before them fucked and so on. People live, try to recreate life and then they die. Why? Because thats the natural progression of any animal thats ever existed. No one will ever know the reasoning behind it because there isnt one. Keep in mind that this is just my own opinion and Im not trying to alter anyone elses perception of existence. I just dont see how hard it is to accept that theres nothing else to life apart from living itself. I see religion and other explanations as to why were here as just excuses to find a deeper meaning to keep our own sanity intact. If there was no universal sense of right and wrong, which to me, seems to be the general basis throughout most religions, then there would be complete chaos. Thats why religions are starting to deteriorate now in an age where literally every country is connected through means of internet, phones, travel etc... I think that the control these organisations had stemmed from an age where the world was a much more vast and unneducated place. Humans constant need to evolve and understand has lead to some amazing discoveries but the underlying fear of death has always caused people to hold fast onto attempting to find some greater meaning to existance. As far as Im concerned for my life, Im giong to live, as I have done for the last 18 years, Im going to be happy. Im going to be sad. Im going to go through the same emotions that anyone else whos ever lived has. Im going to experience my own events throughout life and deal with them as they arise. But ultimately, Im going to die. Thats it. The same as with every other human, the same as with every monkey, dog and ant or whatever creature you can think of. We live. We experience. We die. Just have to make the most of the time we have here and restricting ourselves to authority/religion/other peoples expectations is just restricting the very brief spark of life that weve been granted. P.S: Im fairly pissed at the moment and probably wont respond much to this thread as Im not interested in a debate. Its just good to see my outlook on life written out. Discuss or slate it as ye want, it doesnt bother me in the slightest. Just hope that ye have a good one :cheers2:
Your point of view was that the world owes you something for Goodness sake. I believe that too; did that also before. But playing memory tricks will not achieve the balanced condition of the moral will in you, because the subject of moral correction was some sort of tolerance which counts on trusting somebody in your life, we don't know who. SO your faith against the meaningful belonging of time is about the here and now. I believe strongly that you enjoyed my articles. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
people of many faiths and of no faith, frequently mistake the forms their awairnesess occupy for their their true self that occupies them. certainly these individual specific physical forms each of us individually walk around in exist because of the ineractive biological processess of their progenators. has nothing to do with the origen of our awairnessess, nor of our awairnessess comming to ocupy those particular physical forms. none of which means any unseen thing anyone thinks there has to be has to. i don't see any observable dependency connection there either. i just do see these as seperate things though. what's "all shite" is what people think they know about it. and by that i don't mean some part of it 'can't be' anything else. only that it can't be KNOWN TO be. there's a big diverse universe out there, and maybe and even bigger and more diverse unseen one beyond it, nothing in which, is obliged to resemble what anyone thinks they know.
According to your p.s. you seem unwilling to consider any new information. As you mature, you will see the problem with this. If you are able to see past your anger and explore this a bit more (which I really hope you will) then read further: Let's follow your line of logic. Before you was your parents. Before them was their parents, before them was their parents. This can only go so far until you have to ask: "what came before humans?" It doesn't matter what your particular answer to this question is, because soon after you will have to ask: "what came before that"? a big bang? what came before that? You see, your line of logic requires there to be pre-existing conditions for anything to exist, but what were the pre-existing conditions for your pre-existing conditions? This line ultimately has to break down, and what are you left with? Something that defies human logic. This is why there are religions, science, philosophy, and every mystery-based ideology in between.
I' got a good one. With or without religion; what is the difference between Fearing freedom, and fearing God? Just lets turn from philosophy to religion then.
Jesus, you're all so fucking religious. I am the only atheist in existence. People want to die?! You little bitches! When I find you I'm gonna kill you! lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vECMZapUECQ"]YouTube- City Connection - Impact
what i like about this is how amazing it is that we are ANIMALS that our minds have evolved to that point where we "can" question our existence, love to the extent that we do, and live beyond or instincts(drama). That is amazing in itself! Everyday we open our eyes its a miracle. that we can see the flowers, the sky, the mountains, and everything else that is beautiful. That we can imagine almost anything. That we can have a society that somewhat works is amazing. so everyday i wake up i live for that day....because life is special, the people in your life are special. its even amazing i am communicating with you guys right now!
But they don't. At all. Not even a little. Every religion is a cult. Because they break down the human mind into unrealistic thoughts. And whoever can convince those people, that they know the true word, wins.
