First time on a nude beach today

I've swam nude in the ocean before but I would have to go in with swimming trunks, swim out a little deep, take em off, and then tie them to my ankle as I swam around naked

Today was my first visit to Haulover Park in Miami Beach (which has a clothing optional section) and it was so awesome and liberating being able to swim totally nude with nothing tied to me. Not even my sunglasses were on. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't want to leave and got burned because I stayed so long.

I definitely plan on going back soon. The only sad part is thinking about what may happen if the oil spill gets here. It almost feels like my days are numbered enjoying the beach and I need to get in as many beach days as I can.

 

Being nude at the beach is awesome, the free and exposed feeling, being around others who've shed their clothes. More beaches should be clothing optional. I'm thinking as long as our coasts are one every 20 miles would suffice

You should be ok for quite awhile on the Atlantic side, we're going to Captiva Island in a couple of months, the spill has us concerned.

I love that bit! In terms of Speedos (also lovingly termed "budgie smugglers" here in Australia) most guys just wrap them around their neck and swim around, which of course looks distinctly odd to anybody nearby. But having them dangling around ankles really tickled me!

The oil well rupture has received global coverage. Down in Australia, we are mortified by this filthy mess and the extraordinary difficulty they're having in stopping the stuff. If it had happened on Australia's Great Barrier Reef BP would have been destroyed. Lesson in their somewhere for a world hellbent on oil dependency.

 

I remember my first time on a nude beach!

AW WAS IT FUN!!!!! -- I had to walk about a mile on the beach to get to it as no one in my family is like me (THEY ARE SHY OF THIER BODIES AS MOST ARE)

It was fun!!!!! -- I saw 2 people sitting on a blanket and i didnt feel wierd getting naked!! -- I took everything off and went in the water


The only thing you have to worry about when being naked on beaches is: SATTELITES IN THE SKY SNAPPING YOUR IMAGE!! (They can get right down to ground level basically (QUITE SCARY))

 

My first official beach was Apollo in the Canaveral National Seashore, a mellow place, but the tiny parking lot fills up early. The only thing I can suggest is be sure to bring water. There's none nearby.

I hear that at Haulover the lot is bigger and the walk from the parking lot is not as far. Glad you had fun there!

 

My first time at a nude beach.. I was 19. The girl I was sort of dating at the time wanted me to come with her. Kept asking and asking, so I finally said yes. Obviously, she done this before and I said ok.. I took my shorts off. After about 10 minutes, I did not even release I was naked and I actually enjoyed it. Once you go naked, you never want to go back.
