i beat some kids ass for throwing a frog in the air when i was drunk one time...love for animals and drunken rage are a bad combo with idiots

 

It's the circle of life, how can you say those tree are worth more?

 

I prefer to not kill anything but I hate insects in my house. Spiders are a little more tricky, since they kill those annoying insects. But walking into a spiderweb unexpectedly really sucks. I normally transfer them outside if I see one, but occasionally I will kill them. If the roles were reversed, I'm pretty sure it'd kill me haha, so I never feel too bad.

 

Talking about bugs, who ate mine? I was saving it.

 

I hate people who kill things unnecessarily. for example, bugs outside, WHAT THE HELL DID IT DO TO YOU?

or any animals...

 

I don't see any point weeping crocodile tears for a bug.

They don't have families and their only purpose is to feed things higher in the food chain. Why don't you give some money to a flood victim in Pakistan you dick.

 

There was a ladybug in my hair when I ran my fingers through it and I squashed the bug a little bit I felt so bad.
I remember I had 5 flies in my house for like, a month. They were so annoying. I didn't kill any so they just kept buzzing until they died.

 

i don't make a huge deal of it, i'm not that concerned, it just really annoys me that you would take a life, no matter how small or important for no good reason.

hunting for a sport pisses me off too unless you eat it.

 

Bugs have huge families.

You should feel compassion for everything. Not just your own species.

 

I was at work last week when a guy started yelling at me to identify something. He was like "Omg, wtf is this!!?"

It was a giant moth on the wall, as big as a bat. lol.

I said to him, don't kill it, dude. He said "No no no, I won't." So I went back to work in the next room.

I could hear people coming in going "oooh...wow...now-way...is that real??

I was worried for the moth. Then someone asked me for my tape measure and took it in the room with the moth. I followed him to see what he was going to use it for. He was using it for scale next to the moth for a picture on his phone.

Well I don't really think I'd feel good about killing a deer for sport. They feel pain. I hunted a rabbit and duck and didn't find it very fulfilling.

But around here, their population explodes, and if a certain number of them aren't killed, they will starve to death. Being humane is a good reason. And frankly enjoying the kill is human nature.

 

I accidentally ran over a praying mantis with the mower the other day. Ran over it a couple more times to put it out of its misery, but it was still twitching. Guess it became bird food.

I am terrified of bugs, I always have my step dad kill them, I don't mind killing flies

 

Insects can all go die, as they'd better hope they die before they land in my zone, at that point they're about ready to be drowned in isopropyl alcohol or burned with a butance torch

They need to stay outside where they belong, little fuckers

 

i was pretty impressed with much of this thread...except the few posts right above me...

i can't eat meat right now just because i know that i wouldn't be able to kill an animal myself. maybe in an extreme case, but i just don't think so. whenever i consciously kill anything, even insects on the road, my goal is to send good energy to that life in hopes of a better next one...yes i somewhat am a believer in reincarnation.

i kill a bug if i feel threatened...if its a small spider i like to let him go...but sometimes i do what i feel i have to do...never feels good though.

 

I do kill mosquitoes, ticks and biting flies relentlessly though.
