    Hey guys,

Iv had 8 sexual partners in the past , out of which with 5 iv had reasonably decent hard on's during sex but it was never as hard as say while masturbating.
the other 2 where orally based sexual encounters where my hard on was as id like it to be. When it comes to the act of sex however , i have no idea why i go slightly soft.

Im in a very serious relationship now for over 6 months , nd our oral give/take is absolutely great but having actual sex is I feel affecting the relationship. This has left me extremely insecure of myself and id like to fix it .. i dont wanna resort to viagra at my age.
Iv been told my mental state is the issue and i try my best to not let anxiety get to me during sex (i dont even entirely know if it does or doesnt nemore) Im very attracted to my girlfriend theres no doubt about it but this is issue is becoming very frustrating bcus i feel she will eventually leave me solely cus of the fact tht the sex isnt that great.
I masturbate twice a week so i cant blame that being the root of my problem.
My diet is fine and im quite physically fit.

Im considering taking supplements with L-arginine, Horny goat weed , Maca (only read off the internet that this helps with the problem) Anyone have experience with such medicine and if it actually works? (I live in a country where the blatant sale of sexual health medicine is banned , instead all supplements are repackaged by manufacturers to things like "mens vitality , so if any suggestions are made please mention the actual chemical content of the medicine)

Or if anyone has had this issue and managed to fix it without taking any supplements , please lemme know how..

Any and all help is much appreciated

Same thing happened to me man. When I'm stressed out or havent been up on my mood my wood dies down quick and I shoot early. If your not happy or been stressed out just don't have sex. I know it seems like doing it all the time is really sweet (dont get me wrong, it totally is) but if you cut down on doing it, its generally more enjoyable and youll be able to last longer and stay harder. Give it a shot. If you feel your load about to blow, stop and take a couple second break, go down and give her kisses in her sweet spot or use your finger. Thats what i do in that situation.

Thanks for the response Squibbles ,

The thing is , i am actually in the mood to have sex when this happens..its awfully weird .

And i have always had the problem of Not being able to cum ..it takes me a really long time (this is not a good thing , takes alot of stamina for partners and sometimes i feel she gets a lil tired of jerking me)

I read up on Kegel exercises , gonna try it out and not masturbate for awhile and see if that comes up with better results.

I can offer some advice. Weak erections are a sign of your overall health. It's essentially all about good or bad blood flow. Make sure you're relatively fit, especially your abdominal muscles. Your ab muscles are connected to you PC muscle in the penis area. It's the muscle that controls the flow of urine and semen through the penis. Kegels is about locating this muscle and squeezing it to exercise it. Next time you pee, stop the pee and this will help you locate the PC muscle. Make sure your abs are fit and you should be doing crunches regularly. If you do this you'll notice a difference. Exercise to get better blow through your body. Also try some real hot sauce. It helps open up blood vessels.
