I don't see what's wrong with just taking off your underwear or bikini. Spending that kind of money just to swim nude at a non-nude beach? Plus you still have to wear the chain.
I agree with Zeberwood - a waste of time. The whole ethos of naturism is that total body freedom is essential. Quick release , tan through, thongs and others gimmicks to get round the law are no better than other much cheaper brief swim wear. My simple rule is to go nude where and when ever it feels right. If you are careful the chances of getting arrested really are very small. Besides if you are caught with one of these configurations in the exposed state you will still get arrested anyway.
Hi, one more example from the chapter "inventions the world doesn't need" ;-) But who cares? If the buyers get happy with the thing and the producers get rich, it's just a win-win situation ;-) If i'm not sure if i shall need something to cover at the beach (e.g. for a beach walk), i just take a little bikini bottom and wrap it round my wrist. Doesn't incommode, looks not bad and 'in case' i can put it on in 10 seconds too. Costs nothing ;-)
