My fellow Americans

you say it's the media's doing
but who are the viewers?

You curse the politicians
but who are their voters?

When your children join gangs
steal, kill, and rape
who will you blame?

When all your votes go to the Red or the Blue
how can you be surprised, when they bring nothing new?

And the corporations taking your power
you keep feeding, as they devour

Yes, America is being killed
but there isn't a murderer to try
my fellow Americans
this is suicide.

Mmm I'd agree more with something like "assisted suicide". Can't put all the blame on the masses. This is circular causality when things are not that linear.
