wat was the greatest moment you've ever had, mine is that the other day my dad and his band were practicing with this guy they met and when he came home he told me about this cool place where the owner sells his art and just lets people come in and jam on their instruments and that my dad had forgot his pick there so we drove back to get it while his keyboardist was still there and I walked in and people were just jammin, havin a good time and this old hippy came out with a cupcake for his friend cause it was his birthday and he smelled like alcohol and looked like he had just walked out of a "who can look most like a hippy" contest and we were all talkin and jammin and I was like " I want that guy making all of my life decisions" and that was the most rad time I've ever had with a bunch people 40 and over. I recently found out tho that that dude got evicted out of the building he was in. man I hope hes still doin good

    Haha, sounds eventful! :D

My greatest moment, so far, has been representing the UK in sport, and achieving awards at that level also.

i've had good moments, sometimes i just get all welled up cuz i know everything is alright, its like, its not explainable man, all the struggles and stuff... it almost doesn't matter, its all okay... its all love

raving alone in the rain, in this huge field, screaming out and yelling and stuff listening to this awesome music.. cant even remember what it was
huggin the grass spinning all around laughing crying to myself in the end falling down seeing all those clouds, meditating, thinking about everything all of it, come to that one moment, it was so free, amazing, sometimes i forget life can be like that...

Walking with my cousin on Troodos Mountins (Cyprus) with her huskey and terrier. the sun was setting and it felt like a dream walking through the forest while the sunset was there.. it was like a dream... that's how much i can explain.. but it was the best time of my life.. it's the small things in life that i love.

a month or two ago, near a place called radium hot springs in colorado, me and my girlfriend took some acid to go on somewhat of a spiritual quest. it turned out being one of the most incredible days ever. it was a beautifully clear afternoon and we had just begun tripping. a small rainstorm came through and poured down for about 5 minutes then suddenly stopped. the river we were by was thick with mud. the cottonwood trees near us were sopping wet and were refracting the sunlight so beautifully. we decided to climb up the side of this mountain. so we did... we got pretty high up to this ancient dead douglas fir tree and we sat on the beastly roots and thought about the trees life and all it has seen. i then looked over and noticed that rain cloud was producing a rainbow. how perfect. we could look down at the little river oasis where i had pitched my tent for the night. i looked down at my feet and my hands and started pondering over the beauty and the strangeness of this life. what a psychedelic world we live in. i then began to look at the stones that lay under this tree. rocks from ancient volcanoes, rocks that have bubbled out of our earth. each and every one of them is so beautiful. these rocks are the timekeepers of the world. they have seen this desert through many stages of ocean, forest and now dryland. i was the happiest thing on the planet. the feeling of connectedness to the earth and the strangeness of it all made me so delighted to be alive to take care of the earth and to walk and experience it through all my senses. me and my girlfriend could not believe our eyes. everything is just so beautiful and so full of love. we sat by that ancient dead tree and let our heads wander for hours. we watched the sunset from there and we were just so happy to be alive and to go to sleep to wake up for another beautiful day. when the stars came out, and realllyyy came out..this just reinforced all previous feelings and made me wonder how this could all be. the night ended with me and her just sitting on a rock slightly crying and loving eachother and all else in the universe.

As it was in the beginning it has remained so, breathing is the highest form to which I can aspire.

I don't understand the reference, but I'm sure it is hysterical.

Not hysterical. If breathing is a necessity, surely movement, growth, reproduction, excrement and nutrition are all something you might want to aspire to also

it's simply frivolous, and frankly pedantic- but what can I say, I am in the mood to tease.

Those other things hinge on the breath. If you run, it is made possible because you breath faster. Any anxiety may be calmed by extending the exhalation.

    mrs gren though?

Something is wrong with the math. With the addition of breath, I counted six things.
