Now that OP is here, would you switch to Opana ER 40 over oxy OP 80?

    I get a combo of oxy 80s (OPs) and roxy 30's per month. My pain dr has been asking for a while to switch to the opanas. I had tried them before but simply preferred oxys. So-2 questions-

    A) under the current circumstances- is it a good time to switch and;
    B) is it easier to crack the code on opana ER?

    BTW- daily I'm at 3 80mgs oxy. X 8 30mgs roxy - or 480 total.

    a) if you doctor will let you and you can do so without it seeming as though you want to switch from the new OP to opana.
    b) i would say opana. like the OP pills they gel up a little bit, but not too much, just crush them up finely.

    BTW-you are on a LOT of pain medication. :(

    If you plan on getting high, at least consistently, absolutely do not take the Opanas. Yes, you might get fuuucked up the first few times, but nothing skyrockets a tolerance like Oxymorphone. Nothing.

    So stick with your 30's and 80's because if you think they raise your tolerance, you don't even wanna think about how Opana does that.

    I was on Opana 40s for months and snorting them was the only way to go. the only thing that sucks about them is that in 4 or 5 months your tolerance will go through the fucking roof. Said fuck that and went to Methadone and oxy irs and my tolerance is back under controlo..
    But they work great for awhile

    HAHAHA YEP just like beatnik said, it aint no joke
