People should communicate like adults

I read some posts here and learned that many people don't communicate with their dates.
That's very wrong! if you don't like your date, you should tell him/her.
It is easy: I don't think I am very interested in you, sorry.
It's okay, thank you for your openness.
Not talking is rude. Leave your date to guess is mean.

It is fun to have some mysteries in your abilities but not your feelings.

 

how do you know those are your true feelings ?

especially if your on a date with that person you barley get to know the person because of how ackward it is

 

If you can't tell whether your like him/her or not, you can tell him/her that you are not sure.

i agree. messing with your dates feelings (you never know what they are thinking in their head) is mean and cold. just be upfront, ESPECIALLY when asked how you feel/think about the person.

 

There is nothing awkward about openness in this situation.
After first date, you are not sure.
1. go for the second date. "I am not sure about how I feel now. But we can give another try"

2. call it off. "I don't think this is going to work out, we are not a good fit"

 

exactly. you can just say at the end of the date that "i didnt get to know you as much as i'd hoped, so perhaps we can see if we vibe more in another date."

 

Just another excuse to blame somebody for the fact that we are uncomfortable in our own skin.

Well, I don't have too much experience. But I think most of people know their interests and just dont' want to communicate. I could be very wrong. But think about it.

 

to me " interests " is another word for stereotype it holds no ground for me

 

I don't know, all I can represent is myself. I would appreicate my date communicate with me.

 

just because they may not talk all the time or whatever doesnt mean they have any less feelings about him/her

 

what if that person is socially awkward and needs time

 

I decided to do something on the 29th

it was a horrible sticky mess. Never always do something on a date, you might have a lot to clean up.
