Picture this: You are at a nude beach or nude setting. You see someone with a camera/video-camera taking snap shots of you and others. What do you do?
I had that happen about 7 years ago. I got up early on Saturday and washed my car and my wife's care in the nude. About the time I was done, I saw the neighbor several houses down on his front porch with his digital SLR and telephoto lens taking pictures of me. Nothing ever happened from it. I don't live in that neighborhood anymore.
IF I cared about people seeing me naked, I would take the camera away. BUT I dont care about people seeing me naked, so let them have their fun.
I bring this up because I witnessed a creep walk amongst sunbathers carrying a bag with a camera lens poking through. Then he was surrounded by some unhappy folks, they snatched the bag, removed the camera and chucked it in the river. I cheered for them. It's assholes like that who keep people from even toying with the idea of going to a nude beach. Then you have websites like beach hunters .com who profit off voyeur snapshots.
I'd ask him to remove the ones of me, then tell him he should be asking permission to take everyones picture.
Be diplomatic, lest he clobber you because he has a black belt in karate! Or, seriously, approach him and ask him what he is doing and why. If you have a phone on you, whip it would and ring the authorities there and then. These types often trawl nudist beaches and think it is OK. It is not. It is an infringement of individual privacy and liberty and pointedly, and intrusion into others' activities. Grabbing his equipment and throwing it away could land you in more serious trouble than a simple verbal approach and warning, so beware.
