Hey so last night I ate a quarter of mushrooms (7.2 grams). I probably have about a dozen experiences with mushies before this at doses of 2-4 g's, and one of the things I have come to love most about mushrooms is the extreme head fuck. Now I ate these mushrooms fully expecting to completely loose my mind (sometimes you got to), and needless to say was I pretty fucking surprised when I had a completely clear headed mushroom trip. These ARE NOT bunk mushrooms, in fact there home grown bomb as hell hybrids, and has caused all of my other friends who have eaten them to get that head trip. So what I'm wondering is, is why did I have a clear headed trip at 7 g's? I mean I had some of the most brilliant visuals I've ever seen, more then I thought mushrooms could do. I also had a body stone that left me floored for the better part of 5 and a half hours. So why was I clear headed enough as to easily hold conversations about subjects as complicated as conspicary theory debates? I will mention that about 4-5 hours before dosing I had smoked Salvia for the first time in about 3 years. I had expected the experience to be similair to DMT (which despite its extremities is ENJOYABLE) but instead had one of the worst trips of my life. After 3 hits of of 20x I completely dissociated from reality and experienced vivd un-psychedelic hallucinations and completely forgot that I was on any substance at all. I had to be physically restained for about 30 seconds... I guess all in all you can say Salvia kicked my ass and taught me a lesson, but what I was wondering is there anyway salvia could have in some way "interfered" with mental effects of psilocybin. I find it completely likely however that the mushrooms knew what was best for me, and had wanted me to spend that trip in deep thinking introspection to help with some current personal problems I am having atm. But I just wanted to know if any body else had any experience with HIGH DOSE clear headed mushroom trips or if anybody has ever experienced any type of interaction between salvia and psilocybin.
