no? if you smoke it right then there wont be anything left to reuse..Its like saying 'can i reuse this weed after i smoke it all?' you can try..you might get some 'resin' hits from dmt melted into the bowl/bong/vapor genie after you've already gotten all you thought was there. but thats not really reusing it lol
I smoked ta shit outof a lightbulb vape last night and later went to sleep. When I woke up this mornin it was all dried up. so I scraped all of it off with a knife and it is now back to its original yellow powdery form, so it looks and smells like it did before I smoked it.

Yes, you can "reuse DMT" if you mean vaporize/smoke any unvaporized spice that you missed on the previous attempt. You know the DMT has re-crystallized correctly when you see those beautiful sea anemone flat crystal patterns on the side of the pipe. i always counsel users away from smoking what is called DMT resin -the brown or black goo that will collect at the base of your pipe when you burn the DMT . . .
