You can work to get, but once you have money, why work? Money can make money... When I need money, I'll go work, but once I've stashed a nice pile, I'll stop working and enjoy myself.. No need to always work...
YES!!! Somebody else on this planet who hasn't been brainwashed by the work "ethic". I travel most of the time, I work when I feel like it and spend the rest of my time doing whatever else I feel like doing. Funny thing, after more than a decade of this I've usually got more $$$ than most of my mainstream friends. PLUS I'm not nearly as far in debt, PLUS I don't have to pay alimoni or child support. PLUS I don't have to pay for high blood pressure meds, ulcer meds, doctors visits, or therapy. PLUS I don't feel like I have to run out and buy every new toy that comes out on the maret to make my life feel llike it has meaning. PLUS I don't have to give $$$$$ to the bartender or drug dealer to help me forget how much my life sucks.
Exactly! Constantly working tends to lead people to debt... Knowing that I'm not going to be working for long, I don't spend money I don't have... It's also much less stressful! Works for me, I usually have cash in my wallet, and free time to spare...
