i love how when these busts are made they ALWAYS radically jack up the "street value" of the drugs. i have NEVER been offered a $15 hit of LSD, whether i was buying singles, ten strips or sheets. It has NEVER even been close to that expensive. . . . It's like they pull these numbers out of their asses then inflate by 200-300% . . .

It's highly highly highly doubtful they "produced" any of that LSD. 900 hits is nothing. That's not even a bible. When someone produces LSD they make a shitton more than that. My response to this story is NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Damnit. I don't like finding out that Johnny Law is coming down on anyone for LSD. If they had other drugs as well I would understand, but it saddens me to see that it seems they were sought out purely for the LSD. it was more than likely just one sheet of artwork, most of them are 900-1000 doses. So even less dramatic of a bust. But they do have to build it up to justify those budgets and the new coffee makers for the squad room

I'm just saying when I was 19 I wouldn't be able to find 900 people to buy acid from me. Is there really a market there still? Now if these kids were smart? Cocaine. That's where the money is.
what are you talking about, 900 people? They were busted for 900 hits . . . people don't buy 1 hit at a time dude. Those sheets would disappear in 5 minutes at a music festival. You don't even need to know 9 people to sell 900 hits. Cocaine has shit tons more money, but is much harder to do, have to deal with more dangerous suppliers, more dangerous clients, and is about a thousand times more persued by LE. Also it must come from overseas whereas LSD can be manufactured domestically . . . Considering that LSD is less than a penny a dose at production and ends at 10-20$ a dose by the time it reaches your local guy, there is a lot of money there.
