Human nature and instinct would just kick in and you would try to get the person off your back.

 

Man. It was a loaded question, much like, "have you stopped beating your wife yet?".

Certain groups are good at this type thing, not in a humorous way, but in more subtle and devious ways. Police, lawyers, psychologists, and journalists to name a few.

Some journalists are particularly good at framing questions that imply particular things about the person being interviewed, even though they are not true. Journalists can make fools of even people who are well experienced in dealing with their tactics.
