What are you going today that's really going to make you feel alive, push some boundaries, get you out of your comfort zone, get you learning and growing or possibly being petrified?

I'm going somewhere I've never been before on a train and then have to direct myself for miles in an unfamiliar city I'll probably get lost in, then I have to talk to a load of people I don't know about things I know little about.

Then I have to find my way back. Then I'm going to sit down and eat cheesecake.

I'll be driving a van with fogged up windows full of kids down a slippery wet road praying I don't crash.

 

This coming year:
Learn to ride a scooter in traffic
Get my driver's license (yeah, for a car)
Graduate from college and enter the workforce :willy_nilly:
Move to Maine
Get married

So, I've got some stuff on my plate.

not smoke any cigarettes and run at least 3 miles on a very hilly road to condition and train to hike the AT trail in the spring

That's where they put the worst of the worst in Canada. It's kind of a dumping ground, most of those guys are never getting out, but since we have no death penalty...gotta put them somewhere.

 

I once knew a guy who spent some time there and while there he met Gord Downie's older brother "Mike" who's in there for supposedly killing a guy as mentioned in the 'Tragically Hip' (Gord's band) song "38 years old."
