DPT-Fractalized Vibrations and Mind Movies

Part 1: 50 mgs- Im Injection

I had planned to save this one for Halloween but a nagging curiosity and a strong desire to give this one a shot came over me. I also felt sort of a corniness to be doing it on halloween too as I didn't want the traditional holiday celebration to influence the trip. After reading a lot of information and talking to a few people I decided injection would be the route to go.

I dissolved the 50 mgs of the white powder in some distilled water took the needle and injected right into my thigh. A nervous excitement came over me as the plunger went in as I've heard a lot on this forum especially as well as elsewhere about this chemical. Within a few minutes I already knew the route of administration I decided to take was going to have profoundly different effects than the purported nasal doses I've been reading about. There was a sort of rise in energy in I guess my chakras (not very knowledgeable in this realm) up my body that I felt with a very slight tug but this was extremely easy on the body and not once through the whole experience did I feel sick, or scared.

As I felt the rise in energy I began slipping away and drifted with my eyes closed. Patterns and forms started to swirl behind closed eyes. As the effects gained momentum they started to gain depth and push me through, weaving and coursing at different angles. This was not as forceful at this dose as I was expecting, it was certainly more along the lines of LSD than smoked DMT and Salvia. Long rectangular blocks seemed to course through my mind that had great depth to them and stretch out past where the mind's eye could fathom. As I settled in I'm guessing around the 15-20 minute mark the experience became very erotic, I opened my eyes at this point once again and saw vague silhouettes of female forms in front of my eyes. It became very ego centered for a good few minutes and I felt a very animalistic desire to have some female company with me at this moment.

After a few minutes of exploring that erotic scene, I once again closed my eyes and I got lost in the time distortion, I wasn't sure if I had been on this stuff for 10 minutes or 10 hours but I just continued to go with it. A bunch of eyes started popping up everywhere, blinking as if they were watching me, not really interested in my presence just simply acknowledging it. Then a new scene presented behind closed eyes which became a more mystical overtone and subdued. I saw meditating monk figures stack on top of each other all meditating and replicating themselves. I definitely saw the sacramental potential of this chemical after this scene. Many more scenes took place a lot of them got lost in the space of time distortion.

I had a slight pull a good while in to the trip into a void type space where I seem just to be laying there with no visuals or even much emotion, just an empty space of reflective thought. After that scene I put on some music and I saw interesting fractalized shapes similar to this picture but with WAY BETTER resolution


shoot energy and slight color in various directions of the mind's eye visual landscape. It was my own song I was listening to and I was in awe that I could create such a complete piece of music stemming from my own brain. I was also somewhat frustrated as I saw the limits of the sound quality for the program I was using and some of the room for improvement in my music but nonetheless I think it's decent tripping music.

I eventually came to a point where I felt the effects beginning to waiver slightly and I noticed the veil of DPT seem to be lifting. It slowly worked it's way out and occasionally surprised me by a few more scenes and jolts of euphoric pleasure.

I really enjoyed this dose, this trip showed me how much different ROA's physical effects probably have a heavy influence on some of the mental effects. This certainly isn't a chemical I would use recreationally and I did find it deep but I never felt flung into a frightening headspace. It definitely has a very erotic component and makes me wonder if this propl molecule is the cause of this based on the 2 substances I have experience with.

Comparisons To DMT: I chose 50 mgs to see the relative potency to DMT. After some some reported experiences of very negative effects and an overdose at 130 mgs of IM injection reported on Erowid, I decided to start off somewhat light and plan to work my way up, which will be part 2 of this trip report.

Comparing the two I have to think this ROA is more similar to an Ayahuasca trip (which I have no experience with) than a Smoked DMT trip. As I mentioned earlier there seems to be a veiled aspect to DPT, whereas smoked DMT feels directly connected into the hyperspace frequency. Dpt seems to manifest it's scenes and hold me there (the only aspect I found similar to Salvia) for awhile whereas DMT just seems constantly propelling me forward at speeds where my mind cannot grasp the information being provided. DMT has a more perfected sense of otherworld intelligence whereas as DPT like LSD seemed more a reflective sea of thought.

A very complete and enjoyable experience, I want to explore the higher dose as well but it's very comforting to know that if the higher dose feels more dissonant and to much I can always go revert to this dosage range for a very worthwhile journey.

Thank you so much for sharing. i think you may be the first person here (at least recently) to try the I.M. route, which has intrigued me ever since i read the Entheogen Review article, which i believe had a user describing it as, "Like DMT space but without all those pesky entities." :drool5:

i cannot help but wonder if "the veil" will be lifted at higher doses, just like with DMT . . .

I really want to get ahold of a single dose of this and 4-aco-dmt. Large doses, but I couldn't picture myself having a good amount of these powerful substances on hand.

Great report, I'm too much of a pussy to IM/IV anything, I wonder if the crude form of injection by burning a section of skin and rubbing the dpt into the open sore would achieve any effects. Many tribes do this around the world.

 

Awesome GB! I couldn't wait to hear what you thought of DPT as I've been extrememly intimidated by everything I've heard so far and I tend to relate well to your reports - not that I don't to others, I just feel that a lot of the points you touch upon in your TRs are relevant to what I look for. I'm a little sketched to try anything IM, but I think now I will look further into that ROA for when I decide I'm ready to try DPT - the lack of fear and body sickness being the main appeal. Thanks for blazing that trail and sharing your experience, I'd almost all but written off DPT entirely thinking that I'll always be too scared of it (I know you're never ready for DPT but you know what I mean), but I don't think I'll knock it off the list just yet.

 

Thanks for the praise, I try to stay away from the needle for most psychedelics but insuffalation has been my least favorite ROA with all psychedelics. The idea of trying to gather my wits while being thrown into this kind of a trip with sickness and drip didn't sound too appealing as you said SB.

well 2ct7 actually has a propyl-thio, and i think the sulfur atom would make that group a bit larger and fit into whatever receptor a bit differently. dpt has two propyl groups, coming off the nitrogen....kinda the other side of the molecule if you compare a phen and a tryptamine.

and while i'm on this little rant...i recall someone else said "propyl power" comparing DPT and 2cp i believe. it could have been -t7...
anyways, i don't think they are that structurally related
2ce and alcohol both have ethyl groups...

 

the chemistry aspect of psychedelics is certainly not my area of expertise, I just noticed they both had a very strong driving eroticism to them, not that other psychedelics don't but it seemed less grounded and sensual then say MDMA or LSD.

 

yeah dpt is highly erotic, but it is all things

personally i found miprocin to be the best channeller of that particular flavor of eroticism, though i've only done one dose of forgotten strength. but man the whole trip i was just grinding into my bed to shpongle and dry humping and laughing.

not to discount your experience, but i don't think the erotic aspect comes from the propyl group. a propyl molecule would just be propane. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propane
just semantics, but that's your chemistry lesson for today. when the atoms are covalently bonded to one another, it's all one molecule.

Do you/did you have any slight pain around the injection area?
I've read that a few people have had some small pains in the injection area a few days after IM'ing DPT.

 

No pain what so ever from the DPT. There is obviously a slight 'pinch' when you inject the needle but once I cleaned the injection site after the needle is removed there was no pain at all.

 

Part 2: 75 mgs dpt Im injection

after awaking from an extremely bizzarre dream involving 3 people I have not seen in awhile and me being stoned and paralyzed on 1/2 side of my body, I decided some different sort of inner traveling was necessary.

I was not as intimidated with this higher dose mainly perhaps because I was still waking up and the dream seemed to be preoccuyping my mind.

So in went 75 mgs im injection and this time I noticed things moving at a quicker pace. A pace that was to quick for me to really formulate complete structured thoughts. Rotating shapes, lines, patterns, fractals kept coursing through my mind with enough time allowing me to see them but to many constantly weaving through to really have specific visuals stand out in my mind. I also did notice some minor audio type effects that were interesting and weird but not so weird they were distracting.

The few visuals that I distinctly remember were these circular patterns of razor sharp demon teeth all munching down in unison. This was not scary to me though more bizzare, I also looked at my ceiling and the circular shadow of this table I keep by my bed seemed to be spinning and layered underneath the actual ceiling, quite an interesting optical illusion. Then there was a circular energetic ball that looked like it had quickly moving atoms surrounding it.

I still felt this experience somewhat veiled, a somewhat ineffable shadowy quality to it which im not trying to attribute a + or - spin on that. Its no doubt impressive and still little to no nausea with this roa. I enjoy the meditative quality of this trip and definitely a quality psychedelic.

 

Fascinating. Wish i had the nerve to do I.M., but definately not at this time . . .

Have you considered trying a little taste of DMT while in the thick of it? Just curious . . . . .

 

Ive thought about it but I don't really have any desire to mix them.
