Giddy with anticipation

Couple friends of mine brought back some liquid from a music festival. They've already tested it so we know it is good. It'll be my first time taking acid, caaaaaaaaaan't wait! I feel like a life-long dream is about to be realized

Now I just have to convince my girlfriend that drugs aren't bad.

Someone once told me acid is going to unplug everything in your brain and when it gets plugged back in all the cords will be in a new order, every cord is there but somehow you will feel like a new person.

the puzzle analogy is ok, but the unplugged and rearranging of plugs is a little bit more accurate description of what may happen to your sense of reality, sense of self, and how you perceive many aspects of life...

and about your girlfriend, i dont know what her stance on drugs such as pot is, let us know...but rather than convincing her, show her (if she's up for a dose) ...maybe not this first trip, but once you have a trip under your belt you can welcome her along and promise her you will be with her on the wild ride...good luck with that for real

I have always found it grounds me somewhat, except 10,000 days which was surely designed for tripping, maybe i just know the rest too well after 1,000's of listens!

Enjoyed lateralus on it once but an hour in, 'watch the weather change' took on an entirely different meaning :S
