I believed it when I first heard it,
Bullets, babies, celebrities, activists, politicians among the ones in the crowd screaming.
They all made the same noise but it moved around in a different manner.
The shrieks of the people echoed up and down the streets,
Off every street sign, glass building, bus stop, and soul within a thousand mile radius.
I thought this could be it,
The day that my sail is set, meeting adjourned, challenge failed.
The triumphs, the bullshit, the happy, the melancholy,
Through days and days of a life on the road that I never experienced.
I always wanted to lose my home just so I could find it again somewhere down the line.
    This would be it.
My stand against what would be my greatest triumph,
My loss over what would be my greatest gain,
My hope after what would be my greatest tragedy.
    This would be it.
    This would be it.
    This would be it?

This is intriguing...great job planting an image, an idea in my head.

I especially liked this part :
"The day that my sail is set, meeting adjourned, challenge failed.
The triumphs, the bullshit, the happy, the melancholy,
Through days and days of a life on the road that I never experienced.
I always wanted to lose my home just so I could find it again somewhere down the line.
This would be it." --- to me this could even stand on its own, great flow and message.

I like it man. The way that it read for me was frantic. As though your thoughts were racing. You move around a lot, well done..
