Creation he said to the wife at hand
Witness they all shouted to the man on top
For a while they all stuttered to comprehend what they saw
But God took the afternoon to search through his thoughts and wonder
I cant help but notice that when she speaks I can only hear the thoughts grasped around his voice and not the voice itself
So to intend to speak with a tone of I dont know what to say I thought to myself I'll just take a little break
And after a while as we stood on the empty terrace I couldn't feel my finger tips on her lips
And the sounds that she made gave me a wincing pain that went down my spine as she reached around grabbed my throat
I told her to stop but I couldn't speak and all that came out of my mouth was a white liquid that spelled hatred
I was told a little later that it was acid that I had not yet taken but I was due for a refill
So the very next day I caught a glimpse of the attendant taking down notes on my loves behavior
I reached into my pocket to grab my spectacles to find that they were taken
All I found was a note that sound once upon a time you mentioned there was a chorus in the clouds
Once upon a time you thought about breaking away from the BFF's LOL's and mother fucking LMAO's
Once upon a time you heard a silence in the streets that was the loudest thing you've ever heard in your life
Then you saw someone gaining attention by voicing their opinions and you pitied them knowing they would regret it later
Then all of the sudden my love grabbed me from behind and whispered into my ear that the president had just bombed China
Not knowing what to say I just continued to read Go Dog Go and wondered who would win the race
I noticed a tear on her eyelid and wondered what it was condensed of
I saw the sights and heard the sounds of her outbursts
I saw ten soaring eagles dropping eggs over the great plains
I saw a pack of wild boars jumping into a pigpen
I saw ten men trying to fight a homeless sea lion
Then finally I saw ten drunks fighting the mayor of Hell, Michigan
So I tried to comprehend what all I saw and then I saw the remnants of a hand on my face
I tried to let it off but all she could do was put it back on and the entire saga continued
Finally I ducked and headed to the west
She couldn't find me once I hid in her father's cabin and got caught in the 21st century
I never saw her again and I'm proud of that fact
So once I see her she'll just say its been a while and I will agree
And we will pass each other as we did aimlessly for twenty three and a half years

I just read a few of your poems. I love your style; its very raw and visceral. Also very natural; nothing I read by you seemed forced at all.
