Just cooked up some chicken breast, put some on top of a leafy spinach salad with feta cheese, bacon bits, and Ken's Steakhouse Lite Northern Italian Dressing. Burnt the shit outta my hand pulling the iron skillet out of the oven, ha. Double wrapped the handle with the oven mitt but it's old and shitty and raggedy and a thin part of it was on the tip of the handle where all the pressure was. Weak!
Coconut oil heated then mixed with some cocoa powder and splenda. Popped in freezer for a few minutes to harden and attain a chocolate like texture. With a few pistachios, cashews and almonds sprinkled on top, and some black coffee. Mmmmmm.
I've just eaten strawberry poptarts, boiled egg and soldiers and chili noodle soup. Now I might boil up some rice and eat it with tuna and tomato Right now though, I am drinking tea. Mmm.
