Eastern (chinese) astrology v Western Astrology

I have a fairly limited knowledge of the way in which zodiac signs influence a persons character (personality) at their time of birth but I've read and seen enough to convince me that it's true to some degree.

I'd like an opinion from someone who has a far greater understanding (knowledge) of this subject. I've been living in the Far east for the past 15 years and I'm really curious as to which astrological system (Eastern or Western) is more accurate when it comes to an individuals character (personality). Which system has a greater overall influence?

who can answer my question related to eastern and western astrology. In what way this year of Tiger influences Aquarians especially in career aspect? Thanks a lot in advance.

 

Sidereal astrology is accurate because it shows the planets as they are in reality, western astrology is an epic fail because they ignore the precession of the equinoxes.
