Can a chemist dye his LSD to mark it as his own?

Ok, peep the newb here...

My buddy from sanfran is sending me some. It was something else at first and now its this stuff called Owsley's Recipe. Claims the "coloration" I will see is a dye the chemist put down to mark it as his own and people on lot will know.

Is this possible or am I getting fucked?

Haven't tried it yet. I'll take a dose at MUSE tonight and report back. What was bad about the experience you had?

 

Just a follow up.. I just got it and it's in a "Ice Drop" breath mint dropper.

Anybody on the west coast see this around?

 

is it green or blue and have a minty scent/flavor?
if so you may have been ripped off

I don't know, any of the liquid I ever got was LSD, colorless and odorless. Unless you looked at it under a blacklight and then it had that eery blueish-white glow.

The liquid (that was active) that i have seen was clear or light blue (without a black light) - dyed.

The experience i had on one single dose of what was claimed to be Owsley/Sandoz (ha ha!) doses: This experience reminded me radically of LSA not LSD. i have NEVER purged like this before on LSD. This was an aggressive and repetitive purge. Really surprised my husband. The whole thing was over in 5-6 hours and i was really sedated throughout . . .

But, my setting left A LOT to be desired. Though hydrated, my electrolytes were less than perfect (purging didn't help this) and i was in an environment with triple digit heat. i cannot be 100% sure if my negative reaction was to the heat or the drugs.

Never one to let a little barfing get me down, i actually found the psychological/mental part of the experience to be fun/mildly euphoric without being overtly visual.

 

LOL! Don't be fooled! Most indole rings glow merrily under a black light! Many LSD dealers will encourage the black light test, even if they know they are not offering d-lysergic acid diethylamide-25.

Yeah, but it sure comes in handy when you accidentally drop some liquid on the shag carpet and use a blacklight to figure out what strands of carpet to cut out and eat. (true story )

Most of the Liquid L i have had has been in a green tinted or brown tinted eyedropper vial. Its clear and a little bitter. I think it is mixed with everclear or something but its pretty strong.
When i go to the music festivals up here im know as the Suger man

Im like the only person that drops them on sugar cubes there haha.

 

Ok, my follow up is this...

I don't know why but this tasted almost like pure fucking "ice drops" and I was pissed at first, but felt the sedated feeling come in. I took two before I saw MUSE and already into the opening act I can FEEL like the LSD is kicking in but nothing is happening.

like spicey, I had a sedated feeling the whole time. No intense visuals like I was hoping either... mental/psychological feeling left me feeling wanting more, like I didn't complete my trip. I was VERY non-social, almost to a scary point. I was just overly content with not talking at all at one point.

Anyways, I guess I spent the money on half vial, i'm stuck with it, just have to take more next time UGH! This vial was ridiculously priced, friends.

 

... Also, now to this minute im having some serious jaw clenching going on. It's almost unbearable cause it causes my back neck to tense up horribly, yikes

 

Wow. Hang in there jewjewbee. Do you think you could maybe stomach a couple Advil or something? Do you have a little pot? Maybe apply a heatpad (if you have one and it's not uncomfortable) to the neck/shoulder area.

If it is severe, don't fight it, you'll just chew the insides of your mouth up. You may just have to grit your teeth for a couple of hours.

I feel awesome this morning. The clenching lasted a bit, but it happens.

Anyways, this is my first vial to ever buy and considering the price and how "awesome" it was suppose to be, it wasn't.

I wish I wear a bad ass chemist. I'd be makin this stuff as PURE and CLEAN as possible. Are there lazy LSD chemists that just make it weak or is it just by chance? My thought is, if you went through all the process, why not do it right without thinking about the bottom line dollars.

jewjewbee - yup there are lazy and inadequate chemists trying to make a buck. i'm sorry but that's the truth. Also doses are weaker than ever for various reasons. It's powerful medicine and the last thing a dealer looking for repeat business wants to hear about is a difficult experience.

i wonder about people who sell things like LSD and DMT, honestly, especially when they charge top dollar (e.g. $10 a hit for weak LSD, $40 a point for brown DMT) for mediocre product.. i make DMT at home and i give away and trade 2 to 3 times as much as i actually use. i have never sold it. i feel like i would have difficulty being such a heavy user if i got involved with some sort of profit scheme around this very important molecule . . .

Well here it comes: Stay in school. Take a lot of math and science and pay attention and ask questions. Make sure you really understand it rather than just how to pass a test. Make it to about 3rd year organic and you can start thinking about how to go about doing LSD synthesis. It is very, very difficult and dangerous, when done correctly.

Not always is it the chemist when it comes to liquid. Sometimes they sell it to people really strong and then those people take some of that original vial and make like 3-5 vials. It creates weaker LSD and they make more money.

Sometimes it is the chemist though. But like i said sometimes its that assholes that buy it cheap and want to make more money.
