so what if it does? if you have your car out in the open most of the time... the paint will still fade. here in south cental texas, the number thing, that fades auto paint, is the sun and air pollution during the summer months. even a new car, will have faded paint after just one summer here. compaired to the sun and air pollution, detergent and soap is quite far down the list as concerns.
one of the main things that fades a car's finish is washing it too much.. also having it washed at a high school car wash. they drop the rags and get sand and grit in em then rub that all over your car
people don't go to high school car washes to get their car cleaned. it's probably a combination of untreated water and pedo semen.
Damn right Those teenage girls are dressed to kill with those short-shorts and see-through (when wet) t-shirts :cheers2: Hotwater
I stopped at one that was to raise funds for cheerleading uniforms. It was for my old high school after all, so I felt an obligation. But I opened my big yap to the coach about it and she kept me in conversation the whole time. So I missed the show. I gave them a wad of cash and went sraight to a real car wash. Rain could have done as good a job as they did, but without the soap film.
