To be honest this sounds like an elaborate way to win some dough through litigation. I wonder if the girl who pulled her top down was a friend.
I mean seriously? She went to a Girls Gone Wild and was shy about her chest being bare? What did she expect? It's a bunch of drunk girls flashing everyone in sight. I know if I was a well-endowed reasonably attractive girl (which I assume she is), and I was shy about partial nudity, I wouldn't be going to a party that is famous for and designed around girls flashing the camera.

 

You guys know girls gone wild doesn't normally have "parties", they crew goes to where there's young people and asks them to take off their top in public. The harder stuff is for people that go back to their rooms, RVs, ect. So you're supposed to just leave places you go normally if girls gone wild happens to show up?

 

What I am pointing out is there are many topless men in the movies and I am positive they all didn't write consent forms. Should they sue as well?

Male chests don't hold the same sexual stimulus that women's chests hold, both men and women know this. Men normally don't care who sees their chests, I wish more did, a lot of overweight guys could stand to keep their shirt on in summer. Women tend to be more selective on who sees their full chest naked.

Is that really true though?
Does a naked male torso not hold the same sexual stimulus to a female that a naked female torso hold for a male? Both are full blown secondary sex characteristics, I think it's a bit far-reaching to say one is less sexually stimulating than the other.
Or is it just a matter of it being socially acceptable for a male to be half naked whereas it isn't for a woman?

 

Some of it is social stigma, and a good male chest is a sexual characteristic for anyone attracted to men, but you can't say for most people it holds the same stimulus as a good pair of breasts, or that men in any regard hold their chests in the same way.

 

Personally I can feel the sexual force of a hundred dragons emanating from the tips of my nipples whenever they are exposed to the air.
