I stumbled across something (@meditation.mantra.org) that said "high level meditation". Is this opposed to "low level meditation", or is this just another method that requires a certain amount of understanding? This (term) seems to burrow the mind more deeply in duality. Wholeness and Balance.

There are as many different definitions of meditation as there are people in the world.
Tons of people have their own way, technique, or label for it, doesn't necessarily mean anything extraordinary.

I am not sure how that would have anything to do with duality unless you decide that for yourself?

What does this have to do with existentialism?

The existentialists idea of meditation is spending 15-20 minutes on the toilet.

You mean hedonism? Existentialism says that life is a what we make of it in a very rough nut shell... So if to you that is sitting on the toilette then yes.. But if to another it is meditating in the mentioned way then that is what life is to that person... Life is subjective

Either that; or God is subjective because he made you to look at Him with eternity and life was impossible that way. Kafka disagrees with Sartre who is only the Object acting upon him as everybody else, until human extinction.
