Simple way to settle this, girls and guys, you and your boyfriend/girlfriend are out in public walking down a busy street, walking down the street. Girls, how would you react if your boyfriend decides to take his shirt off, how do you feel, how many lustful stares do you think he'll get? Boys, your girlfriend decides to take off her top and bra if she's wearing one, how do you feel, how many lustful stares do you think she's going to get.

It's completely practical for different body parts to hold different sexual attraction, men and women's chest are not the same body part except in location, take straight men, while both legs and boobs are sexually attractive, I think it's fair to say the vast majority of straight men are more aroused by breasts than legs, substantially so.

more stares, yes. but lustful stares, just as much.

i was comparing the chests of a woman's to a man's not two different body parts. so i agree with you there haha.
compare the crotch area or an ass between the genders, both genders hide those parts, and they have equal stigma. chests aren't the same and that's because of stigmas society made

That's the point though, any part of the body that is clothed is a good deal social stigma, but people have been wearing clothes for tens of thousands of years if not more, and both jealousy, love, and lust pre date clothes. Once we started clothing up both men and women realized they could get other people to stop looking at erogenous zones of their partners and it's been a mutually accepted things since pre-history. Most men and women would not want their genitals put onto a porn tape meant for other people's sexual gratification without their consent if someone pulled down their pants in public, and the good deal of women feel the same way about their boobs.

that still comes down to social stigma. and some kind of overexaggerated sense of precaution. it's like the government putting a stop sign on an intersection when 2 out of hundreds of cars that passes through gets in a collision, then everyone else complains about the stop sign. haha

i think the stigma of a woman's breasts need to change because it accentuates provocativeness. more people need to learn a lot more about nudists.
in some countries or states in the world, showing breasts is fine as long as businesses don't use it for profit and business gain.

yes men may be slightly more horny beings but that shouldn't mean that the other gender is forced to cover themselves. just doesnt make sense. society should be watching the predator not the prey

Now you sound sexist. One is OK but not the other?
If women showed their breasts as much as men do then there would be now problem with topless women in public. Its a social stigma that says 'women shall hide their boobies'

If you want equality it does not stop with jobs or how much money women make. It stretches to all aspects of life, take it or leave it.

Wrong. Woman's breasts were usually uncovered in earlier societies. They didn't put a focus on them to create a perversion like ours does. We started to wear cloths to keep warm or to protect fragile areas, NOT to protect us from sexual predators.

You ever think maybe once we started using clothes to keep warm people realized they enjoyed control over the fact they could could in fact control who looked at them? Some ideal your aiming for doesn't change the pragmatic reality.

lordy, this is ridiculous.... just because she was there, this does NOT add up to consent... she clearly said "no"... if a man and a woman are in bed together, does that automatically mean that either are consenting to sex? no it doesn't... ofcourse, sex could be on the menu, but if either change their mind at any time and say "no" then "NO" it is...

if either go ahead and have sex anyway, no matter what the other says, then that is rape... same rules apply here...

She should go after the "friend" that pulled her top up, isn't that assault???

It's only considered assault if a man does it.
I'm not being an ass here, but given how laws are practiced that does seem to be the case.

Personally, I don't think I'd go anywhere near a girls gone wild video shoot.

She probably should have put more thought into this, but being able to use film of what amounts to sexual assault is disturbing.

Agreed. I have to say that if I was at a place and GGW showed up, I'd be leaving promptly. That doesn't mean what they did to this particular girl was okay by any means, but it was a situation that could have been avoided. And she could have always gone the route of lying and saying it wasn't her. There are a lot of people in the world and unless she's some hideous hunchback with a telltale tattoo or something, it's not so hard to believe she might have someone who looks quite similar to her.

^ Yup, best bet would be just leave. (some) Girls get stupid on camera, whether its for fun, money, or their just drunk - whatever. She should have guessed they would film anything, espically anything that goes nude. She's only sueing cause people (family, work, erhn hubby) found out, other than I doubt she would have cared.

Funny thing is that producer made all the money, the girls did it all for free, how smart.
"Hey, you, you're going to be on tv, how about a strip?" "Really...? Ommg.....OK!"
